LESS POWER GENERATION LOSS
When micro-cracks or finger electrode erosion occurs on the physical components of the cell due to normal or environmental degradation, performance loss is reduced due to the strategic placement of wires.

ENHANCED PHYSICAL DURABILITY
With a newly reinforced frame design, LG NeON® R modules are designed to endure a front load of up to 6000 Pa, and a rear load of up to 5400 Pa. Each module can handle a full ton of snow-load or withstand 208-mile-per-hour winds. In comparison, Hurricane Katrina (August 2005) produced a maximum wind speed of 175 mph.

While strong sunlight helps solar modules generate energy, it also increases the system’s temperature and decreases performance. The LG NeON® R module maintains peak performance on hot, sunny days thanks to an improved temperature coefficient.
